Howard saved organizations millions of dollars through process improvements and received awards such as Man of the Year form the American Payroll Association, Whatever It Takes Award for consulting excellence from InPower as well as for his many speeches to Toastmasters International.
He uses these same skills to help future generations benefit from the world’s best investment, A COLLEGE EDUCATION. Before returning to full time private practice, Howard was the ACCESS program manager providing financial aid services to over 2700 students in the Boston Public School System. During that time, he worked with headmasters, guidance counselors, college administrators, students and their families to raise the number of financial aid consultations and scholarship applications to the highest level in program history. Howard received his BS Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. He graduated from the College Board’s Financial Aid Institute and completes ongoing financial aid training. He is a member of MASCA, Massachusetts School Counselors Association and MASFAA, Massachusetts Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and a published author for national financial publications directed to financial professionals and college bound students and their families.
